Trial Lessons
Your first step towards learning to fly would usually be your trial lesson. These lessons also make excellent gifts for such occasions as birthdays, christmas, valentines day etc. Whatever the reason for your trial flight, we aim to make it the most enjoyable experience possible and would hope to encourage your interest in learning to fly.
We offer trial lessons at extremely competitive prices. We also do a half day experience flight where you and your instructor will fly to another airfield, land and have lunch showing you the freedom of what you can do once you gain your licence!
Operating from our excellent location at Blackpool airport we will fly you along the golden mile and past Blackpool tower as we give you full control of our aircraft and teach you just how simple it is to fly. We also offer aerobatic trial lessons which make an ideal gift for the more adventurous amongst you!
How much will it cost?
The price of your trial lesson depends on the size of aircraft you wish to fly and the duration of your flight. Prices are detailed below.

Upgrades
If you have a trial lesson booked and wish to upgrade to a larger aircraft, or would like a longer lesson you can upgrade at cost price subject to availability. Upgrade prices are detailed below.

Please note: Trial lesson vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
If you cancel a trial lesson once booked, the voucher may be redeemed by re-booking within the voucher validity period.
If you wish to cancel a lesson you must do so prior to 24 hours notice of the booking. A cancellation fee may be applied if you cancel within 24 hours of a booking and wish to subsequently redeem the voucher at another time.
Trial lessons are training flights not passenger flights. One interested observer may accompany the trial lesson student on a training flight if the aircraft has four seats.
